About Shop Le Weekend
Our indie craft shop grew out of our tiny card business, "five-and-dime posts." We started by selling note cards that we had created as homemade valentines sent to friends on 14th of February 2002. Then, we expanded our inventory to include mini purses and other sewn accessories. In 2009, we visited, fell in love with, and took lots of pictures of Paris. So, soon after we changed our name to "Shop Le Weekend" to celebrate our time in France and because of our new photography items (that we usually create on the weekend ).

About Lillian
Lillian Lovich designs and makes everything, including the website. She gets inspiration from everywhere: redwood forests, Parisian architecture and gardens, mid-century illustrations and textbooks, the color pink, contemporary Japanese art, birds, old maps, coastline drives, retro fabrics, vintage ribbon. When Lillian isn't making stuff, she's probably trying out a new Vietnamese recipe, planning her next travel adventure or walking her dog Stella!.
